Please be advised, all pets must undergo a temperament test before receiving full access to our daycare and vacation services. The test is considered a free half-day of daycare in which we will observe your pet’s behavior and play style. Please visit the client portal to schedule a trial as we are always excited to welcome new members into the Where My Dogs At? family.
Daycare Packages:
- Full Day (over 5 hours) – $40
- Half Day (up to 5 hours) – $25
Includes afternoon walks and feeding. Please bring breakfast, lunch or dinner and provide feeding/medication instructions. We also offer meals at $5/feeding, please call for brand and flavor information.

Pick Up/Drop Off Service:
Getting home late or leaving for work early? Not to worry. We’re happy to offer pick up and drop off services. Please call to confirm if you’re within our pick up and drop off area.
- One-way: $7.50
- Round trip: $15
Vacation Packages:
- 1-5 days – $65/day
- 6+ days – $60/day
Due to the fact that we do not have dedicated overnight staff, we are asking that you give us a 10-day advance notice for boarding.
Ask about our sibling discount! Please be sure to provide enough food for your pet’s stay and any medications/supplements.
Policies:
Deposits: All vacation reservations require a 50% deposit and all Spa Services require a 30% deposit.
Cancellations: Due to high demand and limited availability, cancellations of vacation packages should be made 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee which is 20% of the total vacation cost. A no-show will result in the loss of the entire deposit. Spa Service reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the loss of a 30% deposit. Thank you for understanding.
Sibling Discount: To qualify for the sibling discount pets must live in the same household. Documentation is required to verify this.
Holiday Rates: We love having our furry friends over for the holidays! Due to the high demand during these times there will be an additional $10 fee per day. The surcharge is applied to the following holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. We are closed in observance of Juneteenth annually (June 19th). Our holiday hours are from 9am-6pm. Reservations must be made in advance for holiday daycare and boarding.
Late Check-Out: We understand that things happen. If you need to check-out late from your pet’s vacation, a half-day of daycare will be added to your total bill at a rate of $25. Please be advised that check-out times for vacation is at 12pm Mon-Fri and 1pm Sat-Sun. There is a 15 minute grace period. In extenuating circumstances, late check-out is available for daycare Mon-Fri until 9pm for an additional $25.
Vaccinations: Updated vaccinations are required for ALL services:
- DHPP– Given at least 24 hours prior to check-in/grooming, renewed every 1-3 years
- Rabies– Given at least 24 hours prior to check-in/grooming, renewed every 1-3 years. Must have separate rabies certificate!
- Bordetella– Given at least 24 hours prior to check-in/grooming, renewed every 6 months
To ensure the safety of our clients and staff members all vaccinations are subject to verification with listed veterinarian.
